Can you solve these four common problems of industrial chiller?

1、 Water leakage (first determine the location of water leakage)

1. Water leakage of the pump (cause: the shaft seal at the water pump is not well connected or the shaft seal has been damaged)

Solution: replace the pump directly without replacing the shaft seal

2. Water tank leaks (cause: trachoma appears at the welding position of the water tank or it has been used for a long time)

Solution: pull back to the manufacturer and re weld the water leakage position

3. Ball valve and diverter (cause: leakage of ball valve and diverter)

Solution: replace the ball valve and diverter

4. Horn connection position of the cylinder (cause: water leakage at the same horn connection position)

Solution: remove it, make the bell mouth again and reinstall it

5. Water leakage at the floating ball position (cause: the floating ball has fallen or the adjusted floating ball position is incorrect)

Solution: reinstall the floating ball and adjust the position of the floating ball

2、 No refrigeration (causes: refrigerant leakage of the system, compressor failure, computer board failure, overload)

1. Refrigerant leakage in the system (inspection method: first check the low-pressure gauge to see if there is pressure, if there is no pressure, explain the type of snow leakage)

Solution: check and repair the leakage. Check that there is no copper pipe connection and see the kind of snow leakage at that position

2. The compressor is broken (the fault of the compressor will also be displayed) (inspection method: clamp the three wires of the compressor with a clamp meter to obtain the working current. If the three wires are different, it is preliminarily judged that the compressor is broken; if the current of 5HP compressor is about 9a-10a, it is normal, otherwise it is abnormal)

Solution: replace the compressor

3. The computer board is broken (the temperature displayed on the computer board is abnormal or inconsistent with the actual temperature)

Solution: replace the computer board

4. Overload (when using the chiller, the temperature cannot reach the predetermined effect, or the temperature will rise instead of falling down)

Solution: it indicates that the power of the optional chiller is not large enough, and it may be necessary to replace a larger chiller to set the required temperature

3、 Low pressure fault of chiller

1. Refrigerant leakage from the system (check the low pressure gauge first to see if there is pressure. If there is no pressure or the pressure is small, indicate the type of snow leakage)

Solution: check and repair the leakage, check each copper pipe connection and see which position leaks snow

2. The pressure controller is broken

Solution: check whether the pressure controller can be reset. If not, replace the pressure controller

3. The computer board is broken (nothing else is wrong. It may be the low voltage fault caused by the computer program error)

Solution: replace the computer board and readjust the parameters

4. Filter blockage (if the temperature on one side of the filter and capillary is low and the temperature on the other side will not change, it means that the filter is blocked)

Solution: replace the filter

4、 High voltage alarm (start the machine and look at the high voltage meter. If it keeps rising, the high voltage alarm will appear)

Generally, it's not the manufacturer's problem. You can solve the customer's problem from the following

1. Has the water tower been turned on? Is the cooling water channel unobstructed?

2. Will the water quality of the water tower be very? If it has been used for more than half a year and no blisters are checked, the water monitor needs to be cleaned

4. If it is air-cooled, clean the condenser when it is used

5. If none of the above points can solve the problem, it may be the problem of the pressure controller and computer board. Replace the pressure controller or computer board.
