After 18 months of dedication, the Kaydeli team successfully secured a 70 million RMB order from Saudi Arabia. This important achievement highlights our strong technical capabilities and reliable customer service.
Getting this order was not quick or easy. At the beginning, both Kaydeli and the Saudi client were cautious due to the strict equipment standards in Saudi Arabia. Over six months, we held many in-depth conversations to understand each other’s expectations.
Through online meetings, technical documents, and sample testing, our sales and technical teams worked closely together. The goal was to help the customer fully understand our products and solutions.
To further confirm our capabilities, the Saudi customer sent several engineers to visit our factory. These visits allowed them to see our production process and quality control system first-hand. They were impressed by our professional management and technical strength, which increased their confidence in working with us.
This order required all products to pass IECEx certification and meet a temperature control accuracy of ±0.2°C—a standard that no other Chinese company had achieved on such a scale.
Our project manager, Ms. Ren Hongxia, explained that IECEx certification touches every part of the product: design, materials, components, manufacturing, and documentation. We chose to face this challenge directly.
Our procurement team searched worldwide for certified explosion-proof parts, including relays, sensors, and control cabinets. Brands like Danfoss, Copeland, Schneider, and Wise met the strict requirements. In some cases, we even had to import critical components from Korea to meet customer standards.
Once the contract was signed, we had only six months to produce and deliver all equipment. That’s when the real pressure began.
To stay on track, our production team adjusted the schedule, added night shifts, and made sure key parts were finished first. Quality control was strict at every step to prevent any defects from reaching the next stage.
Our foreign trade team worked around the clock, handling customs, shipping, and paperwork—sometimes even sleeping at the factory during peak times.
Delivering over 30 shipping containers was the final big hurdle. Some of the machines were very large and could only fit one or two units per container. This made the total number of containers much higher.
Our logistics team carefully planned everything: vacuum packaging, lifting equipment, loading arrangements, and customs documents. Every detail had to be correct.
This order is more than a business deal—it represents deep technical cooperation and mutual trust. The customer’s engineering team visited many times, discussed every key detail, and saw how serious we are about quality and service.
