The main working principle of industrial air cooled screw chiller

1. The refrigerant comes out from the evaporator in the state of gas; after the compressor is compressed adiabatically, it becomes high temperature and high pressure.

2. Compressed gas refrigerant, in the condenser, isobaric cooling condensation, after condensation changes into liquid refrigerant.

3. Then the throttle valve expands to low pressure and becomes a gas-liquid mixture.

4. The liquid refrigerant at low temperature and low pressure absorbs the heat of the cooled material in the evaporator and turns into gaseous refrigerant again. The gaseous refrigerant re-enters the compressor through the pipeline.
